Matthew oversees circulation and handles most reference and technical services duties, including resource development and maintenance, library services, budget administration, and overall support for students, faculty, and staff.

A library paraprofessional and JKM Library patron through both his masters and doctoral work at LSTC, Matthew joined the JKM Library staff once we reopened from the initial pandemic lockdown, helped keep the library going during our downsizing and move in 2023, and has been directly involved in JKM's development since then.

As our subject area specialist and an experienced researcher, Matthew will be happy to help you with any research questions you may have!

Sara Mercurio, Circulation and ILL Specialist

Sara is responsible for circulation, including interlibrary loan, scanning and document delivery.

A recent graduate of the University of Illinois iSchool, Sara is also a local musician, and has previous experience working with Northwestern University, CARLI and RAILS, the CSO, Gerber/Hart, and The Poetry Foundation.
